I have a MHP owner who is going to fill a 14%, (of 250 spaces),vacancy with new mobiles… he needs someone to be a sales rep for that end of the biz. In Calif. is there a requirement license /agent or anything similar needed to do this?
I would like to offer to him to be his rep, but need more info as to the possible requirements needed to do this. I have been actively involved off and on for the last year in REI, but consider myself still to be a newbie, so, any help you’all can give would be appreciated, as I would like to approach this as professionally as possible.

Go to www.hcd.ca.gov which is the site for the Department of Housing and Community Development which regulates mobile homes (registration and dealer licensing).

When buying, do you typically mail forms(pink slip, registration etc.) and payments in or stop by a local office? Mail they told me take 4-6 weeks and more if your papers are not complete.
