Dear Concerned Viewer. I don’t believe it is required or necessary to provide credentials to post on this site. If you will review our several postings you will see that there are several educational posts on all subjects and on those who provide information for sale. Our only concern as a long time investor is that every one of our fellow investors, new or old, get a straight shake and good value for what they pay. We don’t work for anyone, but we are happy to help anyone who asks for free. We have a lot of useful information to share and are doing so, daily. We notice your e-mail address is very similar to ours and is a psuedo address also, so if that bothers you, it seem like a case of the pot calling the kettle black! Perhaps you are not so much a “Concerned Viewer” as one working for an organization that does not like all information available on them to be known?? We believe everyone should have access to all the information available, good or not so good, and then make up their own mind! We do not encourage them either way.
My name is Phil Pav and I am the Manager of Nation-Wide. Our website is http://www.RenovateAmerica.com Please visit our site for details about the program or give me a call personally and I will be glad to answer any and all of your questions.
In interest of public foroum, it’s best to communicate via the message board.
It would be nice to have a postive feeb from somone who is intimately involved in your business.
Can you respond to the general theme of questions that have been constantly recurring:
How and When does the deposit get refunded?
Can you provide any properties acquired through your program?
How is that there have not been any positive posts from people affliated with NWRED?
Your website is quite “unprofessional” and not easy to read, with that said, there isn’t enough “meaty” information provided so a person can join your team informed of what they are up against. Any feedback?
Thank you for responding, far too many people never ask their questions to the person with the answer. I appreciate this opportunity to answer your questions.

How and When does the deposit get refunded?
This is a quote from the actual agreement that each Associate receives:
“…the deposit for this training program will be fully refunded to Associate upon approval of their first transaction by Nation-Wides’ Acquisition Department.”
Can you provide any properties acquired through your program?
Even though our website only highlights a small portion of the actual properties that have been successfully purchased through the program, there are about a dozen properties currently posted that can be verified. Details about real estate transactions are a matter of Public Record and can be verified at the respective County Courthouses.
How is that there have not been any positive posts from people affliated with NWRED?
Firstly, there are plenty of positive postings from successful Associates, but why there aren’t more, I don’t know. We do not encourage nor discourage postings from our Associates, but most sensible people realize that half the information one gets from a discussion group is bogus, and if someone was looking for a reason to question a company’s credibility, they may believe them anyways.

Our website, http://www.RenovateAmerica.com is optimized to be viewed with IE 4 or Netscape 4 or higher, with a screen size of 800x600 and text size set to medium. However, by taking the tour or using the direct links from the home page, one would find more than enough information about the company in order to make an informed decision about the program.
And as always, I am always personally available to answer any specific question.
“”““This is a quote from the actual agreement that each Associate receives:

Now this is just too funny!!!
Sounds like a catch 22 to never getting a refund if you’re a dissatisfied customer!
You get a refund upon your first transaction that is approve by NATIONWIDE??? Hmmmmmm??? But since all the negative feed back that has been posted over the years about Nationwide NEVER approving anyone’s deals that are submitted to them, you can’t possibly get a refund!!! Nice cop out of giving valid refund requests if you ask me!
Willie’s e-mail is not bogus. Just check with the sources Willie recommends, that will prove it. The real “Bogus” is on the organization. They are obviously just trying to fool you. CHECK IT OUT!!
As explained to each new Associate before joining and again, laid out in clearly in writing and included in the materials, and our refund policy states:
“…the deposit for this training program will be fully refunded to Associate upon approval of their first transaction by Nation-Wides’ Acquisition Department.”.
To remove any bias and subjectivity from the approval process, each and every new Associate is supplied with all of the formulas and exact buying criteria that Nation-Wide uses to evaluate each deal; upfront. When the Associate submits a complete analysis package to Nation-Wide, a member of the Acquisitions Department simply and objectively verifies the information to be accurate. Once the information is verified to be accurate, the Associate immediately receives their refund.

I have personally contacted, or attempt to contact, every person who posts a complaint or question, and unfortunately, I have found that the vast majority of complaints are from people who never even joined our Program or even seen our materials. If fact, most of the email addresses and name are bogus and their complaints are not based in fact.
And let’s not forget that there are a lot of positive testimonials from successful Associates on the net.
And as always, I will gladly answer any and all questions about the Company or the Program, just call me.
Those are good statements Phil. Unfortunately, we and the others here have not seen your answers to the complaints with valid requests, being resolved or the ones in the jjonkman@aol.com package, even being addressed. Why would that be?
Jullio,
Maybe you should tell everyone what your credentials are so that my fellow creonline viewers can decide whether you should be listened to or not?
Do you work for John Reed? You will not even post with anything that even sounds like valid email address. Also you do not have any educational posts of your own. Do you have any useful info to share or are you just interested in stirring the pot?
Actually, Jullio, my email address is jjonkmanj@aol.com. I have indeed a package of testimonials from 33 people, most of whom have sent their hard-earned money to Nation-Wide Real Estate Discounters. As of a month ago, 28 of these 33 e-mail addresses were still valid. If Mr. Pav speaks with people who have not “joined” his program and who use bogus e-mail addresses than he is dealing with a substantially different population group than are contained in my packake, which I’ll be happy to email to anyone who requests it. If anybody would like to call Nation-Wide to get a refund you can reach them toll-free at 1-800-995-0049.
