My signature forged to secure a second of $800,000 - Posted by Dawn

My husband and I own a peice of land in southern california valued at 1.2 million dollars. I asked him for a divorce recently and wanted to put the land up for sale. He informed me that there was a loan provided by a private individual against the land for $800,000. He told me that, behind my back, he had flown to New York to do this and had forged my signature on the deed and that the lenders girlfriend in florida notarized the document in violation of Florida Notary regulations (easy to prove with her ledger and my obviously different handwritting). In general, what are some RE law violations?
Thanks!
