sorry to hear that. what are you doing for marketing? using all online opportunities? e.g. video marketing, article marketing? (yes an article about the house), flyers in food markets, 7-11s, laudrymats, etc. and of course the ubiquitous bandit signs…

Gee, I’m so happy for you. Care to trade places? I’m in Oregon. Can’t sell a very nicely-fixed up house on a lease-option at all. Got another house I’ve advertised for rent for three weeks, only one inquiry. Oh yeah, and I’m in the middle of two evictions, one of which is contested. And my girlfriend is on the verge of dumping me–if she hasn’t already–because all this crap I’m going through has diverted my attention from her.
