Hello All,
I just wanted to share my latest deal because I am pretty excited about it.
Just found a 1980 in great condition. Signed a consignment deal for $5,000. (I’m going to buy it only if I can find another buyer.) Of course I already had a buyer in mind before I signed contracts.
The woman who cleans my house wants it. She is going to clean my house and my business partners house for 4 years (or make a $300 payment) to pay off the loan of $10,000.
