How do you know if your home(for sale) has been listed on the multiple list yet? If only realtors have access to this how do you know?

Ask your agent for a copy of the listing sheet as it shows up on the MLS. You can also check the broker’s web site as it may show up there before regional and national sites. You can also see if your local MLS has a public access site that can be searched and it should be there within 24 hours.
