What are you doing with your LLC? Mere co-ownership of property does not create a partnership. If you own rental real estate, you have a business and I believe the IRS would require a return. The penalties for not filing are not insignigicant.

Do we need to file seperate tax return with the EIN# of our multimember LLC which include my husband and I. We usually file joint return. Thanks in advance! Olivia
