The best bet for you to get all the information is to contact an active real estate agent - a commerical/apartment agent, NOT a SFR agent!

I have a hunk of land in small-town Oregon. I live about 30 miles from the small town. I am trying to research the vacancy rate of multifamily and what current building of multi-family units is going on in the area. I want to build an apartment complex on the land and then sell it. Does anyone know where/how to start my research? Thank you
