Has anybody heard of this guy Jeff Kellum and what he offers as far as his courses and his training. And is it a good progrma to purchase for a fisrt time investor.

Isn’t it “Jeff Kaller”? He is one of Ron LeGrand’s student’s, who is now selling his own courses.
Another investor in my area has purchased his short-sale course and recommended it to me. He got it on Ebay for $250. I’ve been trying to look out for one, I think it’s a manual and comes with about 15 or so CDs.
