A friend of mine is a trustee for a condo. He got sued, lost, and got an $8000 judgement against him. Funny thing though. It was the city of Carmel who sued, and didn’t give proper service, with a Hamilton County judge who was blind to the law, yet I’m sure knew it. After finding out what happened, he got the judgement reversed.
So yeah, you can sue a trustee. It’s not legal, and should be chucked outta court immediatly, but you can do it. Of course, in counties that consider laws to be valid it’ll never fly. So I’m taking your side, JT. Mr LeasePurchase may live in another state. State of intoxication?
How ya been anyhow, JT? Good to see you’re still around.
