Here is an unsolicted testimonial for Ed Garcia.
I applied for a loan through Ed Garcia to get me out of a large negative cash flow on a “bone head” purchase I made.
Most lenders would have processed the loan, taken my money for fees, and logged another loan on their books. Mr. Garcia didn’t do that. He saw that it was not in my best interest to refinance. What did he do? He called me on the phone and talked for the better part of an hour and gave me some excellent advise.
The short of it is that I lease/optioned the property and did quite well. What as a total financial disaster turned out just fine. Of course when it comes time for the tenants to purchase I’m going to make sure they contact Ed.
Ed Garcia didn’t write my loan that day, but he got a customer for life. When I need financing I’m going to Ed first everytime.
