I’ve got to tell ya, you wasn’t talking to a Hard Money Lender. You could be the Easter Bunny, and a true Hard Money Lender will do business with you. Remember a Hard Money Lender, makes their loan based on equity. Born, keep it up. Like the song says, YOU’VE ONLY JUST BEGUN.
