If it is a rental property and you are the beneficiary, you would report on Schedule E, Rental Real Estate.

Dear Mr. Bronchick,
In perusing the archives I came accross one of your posts directing us an article written by you. (about Land Trusts and Personal Property Trusts)
According to those articles, Properly created Land Trusts and Personal Property Trusts don’t need EIN and are reported in the beneficiaries 1040, correct?
My question----->where on the 1040?
