For years now I have read the success stories and the articles, bought the courses and have done 1 deal which I made 12k on but too many times I have let my fears get in the way. I have see many people come and go on this website and I am in awe of what people have done for their own success.
With that said and having wasted a good 20 years going way back to when I read that first real estate book up to 1995/1996 when I signed on to the CREO chat line and now as I read the posts, etc., I am proclaiming that I will have 10-12 successful real estate deals this year and these deals will be posted on the success stories portion of CREO!
If I fail it is because of me!
So if it is to be it is up to me!
