Have tried meeting with other investors in your area. I intend to visit investor group meetings and educate them on how to get financing. Different topics will covered on various commercial and investment property financing.

Greetings. Just before I’m running off to the convention I get a motivated
seller with a 60 unit motel. The price is right and it’s a great commercial
prop location–but I’m wondering if any of you have resources for learning
more about the challenges of businesses like motels. This isn’t my first motel
lead, but the first one that feels like a real deal
Is there someplace I can learn things like how difficult these kinds of things
are to re-sell, how long they stay on the market, financing challenges? Is
there a message board for commercial props besides the one here? Thanks,
