I know there are programs around that will finance 90% at that score. You need a good mortgage broker.

I have a house that I would like to sell to my tenants. They believe (and so do I) that they would not qualify for a mortgage. Their FICO scores are around 550, both have jobs but one has had a recent career change. They have never been late for me.

I would like to just get rid of the house (i.e. not L/O). I would like to help them to get financed.

Any suggestions on where I should be looking to find them financing??
