I’ve got a few homes that I do not own, but have under a lease option. The tenant/buyers I have in the home are not able to purchase and my option is expiring, so I’d like to purchase.
I’d like to purchase by “refinancing” the lease purchase. I have a company I had been using in FL to do this for me, but I am sick of the points associated w/ their loan and the service was terrible the last time I used them… so I’m shopping.
If you are a mortgage broker that can do the above in the state of Virginia, please send me an e-mail with your phone number so I can call you. I have two homes coming due at the end of November (and a couple more coming soon) so I’m looking to do something soon.
Addtional background: I have perfect credit and can document two years of on-time payments for the lease purchase. Also, I refuse to “resign the paperwork” as an installment sale or contract for deed.
