Hi, I’ve been looking for multi-family properties. Me and my fiande would like to live one apartment and rent the other(s).
Anyway, I often check www.Foxtons.com and recently found out that they also guarantee mortgage. What they do is to collect all information they need and apply banks and find lowest rate for customer. Since they will access customer’s credit report in a short period time, customer’s credit rating doesn’t affect anyway. Have anyone use their service? Or what do you think to get morgage through them.
