Dave,
1)Is the hot water heater or nearby plumbing leaking? Where is the mold coming from?
2)Winterizing a mobile home for freezing weather is very risky. It would be wise to keep heat on and set low then try to winterize for a freeze. You can pour antifreeze in drains but supply lines are almost impossible to drain. If you must, drain as completely as possible and leave all the valves and faucets open(on) even then any low spots or trapped water could freeze and break a line especially if they are the grey plastic lines.
3) Assuming you are talking about roof leaks, and you are using koolseal or a similar product, it will stop small leaks from cracks etc. If you have a hole or tear from trees etc you will have to patch and then seal over it.
4) If the vinyl was properly glued to the subfloor, you’ll never get it up without tearing it up. If it wasn’t…well…I would do that too
