I purchased Monica Main’s Apartment Cash Flow System about seven months ago. I heard about her from my wife who volunteers at a battered women?s shelter. Ms. Main quietly provides behind the scenes support for these women and their dependent children to help them begin a new and safe life far away from the world of abuse.
All I can say it’s a lot of bang for your buck. The course is more than filled with current up to date information that’s really workable in the real world of commercial real estate. I completed one apartment deal, using her material, about six weeks ago. I have a 2nd deal just going into escrow. Main will supply all the knowledge you need to succeed in this business, you have to supply the leg work and. This is not for the arm chair investor. Anyone failing to have success in working her cash flow system is simply not working the step-by-step laid out in her material (lots of reading and audio materials). My guess is that some people are not willing to accept for their lack of work ethic and are quick to shift the blame on whoever or whatever is available, like the author of the Apartment Cash Flow system. It’s my understanding the her prior legal problems had nothing to do with real estate home study material but something to do with the highly regulated business of commodity trading. Main is also a great source of asset protection information (who would know better). Many of us working class people tend to think that asset protection is something for the ultra rich in our society. Not so anymore, in our current recession period. It seems that many hard pressed local, state and federal governments are behind a big push for “redistribution of wealth” for their benefit. These government types are currently coveting such “assets” as the little bit of equity a working person may have in his or her used car. Maybe we regular folks should wake up and learn some of the lessons that Monica Main has to offer. I have not met her personally, only emails and a couple of phone calls (yes she is available to her students). I’ll have to admit you have to have a real passion for commercial real estate, and not be afraid to work at it, but it’s putting real cash in my pockets and several of her other students that I have been in contact with. Let her past be her past. We all make mistakes in life. Whatever mistakes she may have been involved with in the past she is more than making for in the present by not only providing many of us with valuable, above board and legitimate information but also filling us with positivity, hope for a better future and a great way to provide our families with a solid income. Main is currently helping the battered women by providing educational supplies for their children, teaching the woman how to create their own independent source of wealth and safe and securing living quarters for the women and their kids. The woman at the shelters state that most of the nasty and negative things, that appear on the Interned and various blogs about Main, are from some of the women?s abusive husbands or boyfriends pretending to be complaining customers. This smear campaign is an effort to locate and flush out these abused women now in hiding so the abusers may have another opportunity to control and reek havoc on these victims and their children. The local police forces are not body guards. They can only step in and make the arrest for restraining order violations only after it?s too late. Ms. Main is extremely good at protecting the identity of her students. I think you now know why!
I guess it becomes quite easy to jump to conclusions and pre-judge someone before hearing the complete story. Our society can use a few more Monica Mains to help our underdogs.

Me and my husband really would like to talk to anyone who has worked with a broker from Monica’s program or any other program or just found a broker who can do a deal with 75%-80% on the lender’s first and who will allow the seller to carry 20%-25%. We have been working to find someone and read many other sites with reviews both good and bad about her. If anyone knows of other sites about her please post, here are all the ones we have found:

I find it amazing that everyone who bashes this woman has never actually purchased her products, and it seems that everyone who actually HAS used her techniques has nothing but praise for her. I also have yet to see any proof whatsoever that she was ever convicted and sentenced to prison for fraud. It is appalling that anyone would spread such a rumor without proof.

i think monica is a wealthy heiress. i went to a seminar last year and she took us to her office and to her house. she lives in a house that has to be at least 5 million dollars and she drives a mercedes benz cl600 and her office is at least 6000 square feet and she has a staff of about 15 people. it looks like she is rolling it in to me!

I met her at a seminar about a year ago and she’s impressed me ever since. My husband and I were able to use her course and her broker to fund 4 property deals including a gas station. I was skeptical at first but now I’m a believer. I understand that most people aren’t really willing to do the work necessary to become a successful real estate investor. Yes, it takes hard work but it’s worth it when you make deals happen. I’m working on closing escrow on another building – a 14 unit office building. This business is exciting to me and I really love it. Mostly I love how Monica helped me and Bruce change our lives forever.

My partner went to her LA bootcamp, I went to the CRE Riches commerical bootcamp. After comparing notes, he demanded a refund, and I would have paid much more for what I got.

Last I had heard was she was back in jail. She has been involved in scam after scam and in and out of jail. To her, jail is just a chance to design a new scam. She is probably one of the most dangerous people out there.

People may have short memories, but luckily the internet doesn’t. There is a great deal of information about Monica at the Noteworthy discussion group. Her antics and that of others actually got it shut down, but archive.org saved it for us. Please read up on her and her scams, jail time for mail fraud, etc. before considering investing.

I no longer do Monica’s course. I make $10,000 a month and that was my goal. I don’t do anything that I dont want to do. I play golf 3 to 4 times a week and all my bills are paid off even my house. I no longer do any real estate, only becuase I have enough money coming in every month. All I can say is you have to learn things your self don’t rely on Monica to teach you everything. I made some mistakes at frist but I never made them twice. Monica’s course won’t make you rich but educating yourself will so find out all you can from all diffrent source’s not just Monica’s. that’s what I did and it allowed me to quit my job and do what I wanted to do. I never wrote the frist blog. I was to busy making money see you at the top.

I just bought her course and I think it’s great. Monica knows what she is talking about I know I have other courses from the other guys that don’t tell you half the stuff she tells you. I am working on deals right now. all of you who said she is a fake just stay where you are you would never make it out here with the real people.

I bought a course from Monica Main in October of 2007 so I don’t know why you’re saying she was shut down. I bought her apartment course and bought a 34-unit apartment building with her materials. Also, I’ve done my own research and from what I found it seems that her unscrupulous competitors have made up stories about her in order to discredit her so they can sell their own scam courses. It’s a pity that websites have to slam other people and even make up lies in order to sell their own products that can’t hold a candle to what Monica Main offers. So, yes, actually do REAL RESEARCH and don’t just poke around on the internet because the majority of what you read is crap people have made up in a poor attempt to discredit others so they can sell their own crap. Pitiful if you really think about it!
