I joined their service in Febuary and have been pleased. They are sometimes a little slow in returning calls. I assume it’s because everyone and their mother’s are refinancing. All the banks are backed up bad around the country.I like the fact that they will go through all of the lenders they have access to and refer you to the ones that have the best rates.
