Single wides…also newbies should not move them…too risky. Please get Lonnie Scruggs’ books for all the info on how to do it successfully.

I have not done any MH deals or bought any courses on the subject but I do have a simple question. Do all of you that deal in mobile homes deal strictly with Single Wide or do you do Double and Triple wides also. I would consider DW and TW less movible or mobile since they usually put them on solid foundations here in my neck of the woods.
