Is anyone familiar with used mobile homes and resale owner financed in Ohio. I am currently researching this and the people I have spoken with title company, bmv there is no dmv here and the Cleveland tax dept. do not have any information in regards to how many mobile homes can be bought and resold owner finance without dealership or is dealership needed. Please someone enlighten me! help!
