Just getting started in biz…got my license and talked with my first PM yesterday. She suggested I look into getting repos…anyone know of any good sites where this info can be found for local repos? She painted a doom & gloom picture in my area, Florida…but I’m still stoked to make this work.

One source is getting set up with Greentree. Below is contact information and bid proceedures for their Jacksonville office. There is a Tampa office as well. Jacksonville will be able to provide that number. What county in Florida are you located?
