I have about 8 acres of undeveloped land in rural S.C. I would like to turn this into a mobile home park. My goal is to turn this property into a park where persons can rent lots. Can you give me some advice on how to do this. A web site or book would be great. I know absolutely nothing about doing something like this. Thanks in advance.
