In response to my ad, I received a call from a buyer requiring a cosigner. My obvious answer was no. Then I thought, there was a way to help him, buying the mobile home and L/O to him. I am going to meet him tomorrow to get more details and see the mobile home.
I have not done mobile home before but I do not want an opportunity to pass by without consideration. If it is too complecated, I can always say “no”.
My questions are 1) Is L/O possible ? 2) Can I use regular
contracts ? 3) What kind of precaution do I have to take to ensure that my colleteral is not found missing before the option is excercised ?
