Hello again all,
I am curious to know what the legal requirements are for doing “Lonnie deals” are in AZ. Do I need a mobile home dealer permit or license? If so, how and where do I apply for one? MVD? Also, what type of corporate structure is best for this kind of business? Thanks for the help.

Steve - Yes, you need a dealer’s license in AZ. Issuing agency is Dept. of Building and Fire Safety, Manufactured Housing Office, 602-255-4072. Call them and they will send you and info package.
