You’ll need to make a few calls and find out if your RE is zoned for a MHP; or go down to your county/city (whichever your RE is sited in), lean over the counter and chat with those folk so you can learn if your RE is zoned and permittable for a MHP. It might be, or might not be, and without a LOT of effort to rezone, etc., you’re probably stuck with the present zoned status of the property.

Heck it’s even work when a piece of RE is currently zoned for same, in the dealing and planning for the utilities, roads, setbacks, etc. So if you’ve gotta rezone, I’d be tempted to say forget it.

I have 20 acres in the 100 flood plain and considering developing a mobile home park on it. All public utilities are on site. How do I do it?
