Short story:
My Landlord got a Writ of Restitution to remove my MH from his Park because I couldn’t sell it or move it myself (no money,no quick buyers & no place to move it to!)
No other MH Parks in my entire county would allow it in because of its age (1971)!
I have never been told WHERE it is stored, but I get a bill for $50 a mo.for it! Anyone at his office refuses to tell me! I’ve tried for over a year!
Also I was never told that I could bring people over to see & sell it. His attorney refuses to tell me anything & neither will the Magistrate who unlawfully evicted me! (Long story,has to do with Fair Housing Violations which I reported to HUD)
I now owe over a year’s storage rent & still have no access to it! I paid for it over 3 yrs. ago!
Losing it put me into financial distress,ruined my credit,cost me my health & job & transportation! I am forced to live in a converted Garage with my Mentally Challenged son!
I tried to sign the title over to him in lieu of the 4 mos.back rent,but he refused to accept it (the Magistrate refused to let me put the rent into escrow too)so now he is profiting from my loss!
I’d like to find someone who will allow it in their MH Park here in Ohio & then sell it for me for whatever I could get for it,OR will purchase it for hunting OR ANY HELP out of this financial mess would be appreciated!!!
It has a brand new Water Heater & Furnace,3 bedrms,step up kitchen & expanded Living Rm.(12x60).Its old,but good!!!
I have been trying to get advice since last yr, on this!

I have no money for an attorney but make enough so as not to be eligible for Legal Aid!We eat at the Free Meals of the local churches & get our food from the Salvation Army!
We get our clothes from friends & Thrift Shops!I get help for my Diabetic Meds & supplies!
I could start a new,better life for my son if we could just know the laws or remedies for this situation!
