Hi y’all;
I’m new to this game and not really sure where to focus as an investor. I’m just looking for cash-flow at the present and wondered if there was a way to do it with this opportunity.
Tomorrow, 9/28/04, 13 Mobiles are going up for auction by the park that they’re in because of unpaid rent. There is no minimum bid and it is an “All cash” sale.
It’s a little late for me to do anything with it because I just found out about it yesterday. Also, due to a marital problem, I wouldn’t be able to do anything for a while anyway.
I’m guessing that only a few of them will sell, if any, and that the park will still have them on Wednesday.
So, my question is this: Would anyone be interested in partnering up to see what we could make out of this? I’ll be the go-fer and you can have whatever portion of the transaction you see fit.
