The agent should know the answer to that question, just put it to him the way you posted it. There shouldn’t be as far as I know.

Is it unethical for a real estate agent to accept a bird dog fee for expired MLS. I have an aquaintance who is a real estate agent and I would like to pay him for purchases I make if he provides me a list of expired listings. I don’t want to ask him to do something unethical and jeopordize our relationship.
