First thank eveyone here for all the great reading.
I am looking at a mini storage complex. I have never owned this type of property. What questions do I need to be asking other than number of units, cost per unit, vacancies, taxes, insurance? I know there is more I need to be asking?
Also what is the Pros / Cons of rental storage over single/multi family rentals?
