Hey I have seen a show on the Travel Channel, top 10 Mobile Home Parks in the World. There were ones in Aspen, Cali, New Zealand, malibu, and various other places. Some of them, the homes, definitely getting up to the million dollar mark and more.

On the fox channel, John Walsh covered a story about very expensive mobile home parks. One was in Palm Springs, one in Australia, and one in Aspen.
Mr. Walsh interviewed a man from “Shady Dell” in Brisbee, Arizona. The man and his wife started buying older Rvs(trailers) w/character and now rent them out like a themed motel. Fun idea.
The park in Palm Springs is themed as well. They showed a home built to look like Mount Vernon (George Washinton’s home)and then did a closeup of the mobiles DMV plates. I didn’t catch the name of it, but I heard that it was named by Bing Crosby
Any of you guys involved in these ventures?
Are there any books about these places?
