I bought a copy. It’s pretty good and at a reasonable price. It would be a good introduction to foreclosures. I agree with Ronald however, make sure you understand REI before going into foreclosures.

I have not read their foreclosure materials.
I know that Lloyd Walters started with a book on judgment buying, which I noticed on the website is still for sale. It was a good book, the only one I ever saw on the topic.
I recommend that beginners do not start off investing in foreclosures. There are so many difficulties. So many possible errors. I suggest you spend a few years, at least a couple, investing in more “ordinary ways,” such as creative real estate or long-term rental holding. Study up on real estate. There is so much you do not know.
Then, look at foreclosure investing when you have some solid grounding.
Yes, foreclosures can be extremely profitablt for those who can work them right. But few beginners can do that, in my opinion.
See my post a couple of days ago titled “oh-oh. Problem # 134 with Foreclosure Investing.” And read the responses to that post from the successful foreclosure investors.
