I surf this site alot and wanted to vent and shed some light on a lesson I learned today.Been dealing with a so called straight shooting real estate agent on 2 side by side repos.This particular agent told me to offer a lowball price on these 2 properties and when the bank got his BPO
it would be real close to my offer and it would be a shoe in for me to buy these properties. Well low and behold I found out today that another agent in the same office had got an offer accepted that was "just a little higher then mine’. I guess the lesson I learned is to ask a real estate agent dealing in repos is the following,do you have a no compete clause and how many repos have you purchased yourself from the bank you represent.

You are trying to deceive a bank with a deceitful agent, and you were deceived? OHMYGOSH, NO!
Try legitimate tactics next time, and perhaps you’ll see legitimate results. Just a thought.
