i read on Huff Post how the Miami market is still one of the top ten worst, BUT, my sis owns a condo on the beach and two different brokers have told her that there aren’t any cheap one available anymore.
WHAT is it really?, what are the prices like per sf ), what are rentals like?
I am considering buying a condo there if prices are still good and can produce a slight positive cash flow.
