I too use RentManagerXP, the desktop version.
Great support and constant improvements.
Check them out at Rentmanager.com or phone them and ask for Andy (sales manager)

That is one system that is at the TOP of my list to perfect. Enough of excel and folders for this and folders for that. I have been too cheap up till now to pay the $3 a site fee a month, but I think I am to the point that I am shooting myself in the foot. What is the best software that you guys use or have heard of to manage a Mobile Home park?

The best LCS (london computer systems). The program is called Rent Manager. I have been using it for over 10 years. Love the program. It does everything for you and it has excellent reports. Google rent manager and you will find the site.

I agree, Rent Manager, I use it to run 2 parks and an apartment complex. All on 1 program.
