I have a lender who will typically do 90% LTVs on MHPs.

Dear Ed and whoever else is out there,
I have found a MH Park that could be a potential deal. I have been talking with the owner’s and developing a relationship with them. A friend of mine who owns parks all over the country has been holding my hand through this process. Anyway, here’s the deal. The park has a good income. There is already a bank in place that will finance it. They are asking for a sizable down payment. I am trying to figure out how to come up with this down payment.
