I own a park with 20 RV Spaces and 30 mobile spaces.

Have spruced up the mobile section and filled up the spaces. Now Iā€™m thinking about subdividing and selling off the spaces in the mobilehome section and focusing my time on the RV section (or converting this to mobile).

Anyone done this (especially in California)?

How best to determine the value of these spaces?

Pros and cons to doing this?
