No however in NC MH are trailers and they are titled by the Dept Of Motor Vehicles. They have a rule that if you run more than 6 titles in and out of your name in a year you must be a Motor Vehicle dealer. That is not that hard to get. However in the beginning put them in your name your wife, kids, or you could even leave them open until the first of the year so they will count next year. Just be careful and contact your local DMV office, find out which officer is in charge of car dealers he is the one that will check you. Its easy to get the license in NC so just think about it.
