Could be a deal. You have to decide. Can you get enough out of them to make the moving and setup worthwhile? Do you already know that you have a place to put them? Even at $600 each, you’ll have $1200-$1500 in them if you’re going to make them ready to live in. Maybe more if there’s alot of repair work. Size and condition are more important than age IMHO.
Remember, once they are moved, they are just old trailers until you make the “homes” again

How do we handle the usury situation in Arkansas. If we are limited to 10% that may be a problem.
Also, I have some revealing info on the Retailer License thing but I want to double check and confirm before spouting off.
I’m looking at four homes today. $600.00 each Late 70’s… they are over 20 but for the price if they are not in too bad shape I think its a good deal. One other thing, they have to be moved by the end of the month. However, she says she has someone who will move them for $400.00 each.
