Hi. I have a very nice looking lead on a sandwitch L/O for a property in the Memphis area. I’m trying to help someone who has relocated to my area (Oklahoma City) by finding an investor on the ground in the Memphis area. It’s a $90K house with some equity that will easily cash flow. He is a very motivated seller, and I want to see him treated well. I’m looking for an investor with a track record in that area of getting T/B qualified for financing.
