That website had some good information, but it doesn’t explain the new laws that were passed in July. Does anyone understand the new laws in MD about purchasing property in pre-forclosure? I’ve been trying to figure this out for the last week or so, and all I’ve been able to find is really technical legal documents and overly simple explanations (something about not being a consultant and an investor). Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much,
