Just wanted to pick anyone’s brain for marketing ideas. The RE agent’s listing that I have been seeing are not great deals at all. In fact, I feel some homeowners really need a reality check (…or me perhaps, maybe I’m the neive one?). FSBO’s seem to be waiting a while also.

Anyway, I could use some advice.
