Ron LeGrand has a great course called Guerrilla Marketing. If you followed his recommendations you would have all the motivated sellers you could handle.

What a title!? I’m marketing myself and what I can do for sellers using newspapers and postcards only. I’m getting a pretty good responce, but I want MORE motivated sellers. Investing that lasts seems to revolve around what your marketing produces. Too many conversations with sellers who aren’t motivated enough will bring anyone down.
