Hello,
I ran across a deal here in the Charlotte, NC area.
8000 sf mansion, owner will finance with 15% down, price $1.5 million, or will do triple net lease at $4900 mo.
I want to secure this property with no money down, it sounds like I may be able to get the seller to do the financing without banks, but I don’t have $150,000 to plunk down. I need help to make this happen.
P.S. He’s giving away a ferrari with the sale.
