I just want to say that I called the number on the information package that was sent to me and spoke to “Darrell”. After an extremely informative conversation,I am thoroughly convinced that Manny’s program is legitimate,and I intend to start my own real estate rental company with my partner here in Reno,Nevada.

After extensive research,and speaking with his marketing managers,Bud and Daryl Bodine,I was satisfied that Manny’s program was legitimate. His program was the BEST thing I have ever ordered on or off the internet! Can’t do any better than this!

I spent money on his loan service and didn’t get anything. I filed numerous complaints. I really feel ripped off. I tried calling the guy and can’t get a call back. He really sucks.

I’m friends with the marketing manager of Real Estate Funding Solutions. This company markets Manny Protopapas’s program. I asked about the name “Geena” to see if this individual was a associate of Manny’s. The entire data base was searched and there is no one by the first or last name of “Geena”. Yet, this Geena person claims to have worked with Manny? I’m 100% sure Geena you’re the one that sucks by making false misleading statements to others.

I have noticed that the person that advertised in our local paper did not run any ads after the first couple ones. I did receive some information when I called. I’ll try to contact him again to see if they are still around and pushing their plan.
