Unless you personally get the property under contract (getting an “interest” in the property), you will be violating your state’s RE laws by being a “broker”. You can get some very heafty fines and possibly jail time.
I’d like to make deals putting buyer and seller together, recieving a fee from both ends. Is there a line I cross where I become a real estate agent rather than a real estate investor. I just dont want to break any laws.
