This can vary depending on where you are. I hear a lot of people referring to a 3 day notice. In my area, it’s a 5 day notice.
Go see the clerk of court in the civil division where the property is located. They can give you procedural information without giving you legal advice.

My tenants at will are over a month late with their rent. They are refusing to pay and tell me that they are looking for a place. I am not going to be nice anymore.
What are the steps.?
Cretified letter saying they have 3 days to pay?
Then after 3 days serve them with an eviction letter, also certified mail?
Any advice or good info would be appreciated
