If you were in my situation… and had say, 5 to 7K, but extreamly low income ($800 pr month), where would you start, to generate more? I have the drive and really want to make a living with RE. Please give advice! Thank you.

You can get a No asset no income 100% financed loan and buy a multi family property. If you occupy the property that is all the more better. then you get to live free and get income depending on the property and cash flow.

Thank you for the response. You are the second person to tell me I should get a multi-family. Sounds great… but how do I get a “No asset no income 100% financed loan”?
